Terms of Service

These terms define the operating rules for using LifeHub as a private family organization product.

Effective date: November 2, 2026

Product Scope

LifeHub is a family organization product for planning, records, reminders, documents, finance tracking, health logs, travel preparation, assets, contacts, and goals. It is operated by Mahan Fathi under Cyprus. It is not a bank, clinician, law firm, insurer, travel agency, or emergency service.

Account Responsibilities

  • Use accurate account information and protect how you sign in: your password, passkeys, and authenticator app. Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe and offline.
  • If you lose a device, sign it out from Settings > Devices, or ask a family admin to help if you cannot sign in.
  • Only invite people who should have access to the family. Review roles, active sessions, and audit history regularly.
  • Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or data you do not have permission to store.

Ending Your Account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Data and privacy. Deletion takes effect 14 days after you ask, and you can cancel by signing in before then. Server operators can choose who may create new accounts: anyone, only people with an invite, or no one.

Sensitive Decisions

LifeHub can organize information, reminders, and drafts, but users remain responsible for medical, financial, legal, travel, and family decisions. Verify important information with qualified professionals or official providers.

Availability And Backups

LifeHub is designed to run as a single-node app with a private PostgreSQL database on the family's own server. Operators are responsible for monitored backups, restore drills, off-server backup storage, and incident response before relying on the app for production family operations.

Payments Later

Stripe and subscription gates are deferred until product quality is high. When billing is added, export, delete, account access, and required legal controls must not be trapped behind payment.
